Driffield visit

Found a hotel to stay in at Driffield from where we could access a lot of East Yorkshire. Took the train into Hull, quick and easy. Enjoyed Hull itself, jhad a good walk around the ex city of culture. Some fabulous architecture and quirky little museums.

Went out to Flamborough head and Bempton to cliffs to watch the spectacular gannets swooping around. Into Bridlington for a nose around. Called into a stately home which was shut but small animal park was amusing.

Called in at Nunnington Hall and Rievaulx terrraces on the way home as the weather was good. It had been good for thefew days we were away (February) after snow on the day we travelled out.
