A day visit to London for Anne to collect her honourary degreee from Roehampton University (Southlands college). They decided to give all those who had gained a teaching certificate a degree – quite right considering the amount of work they did. She now has 2 degrees !!
As I wasn’t allowed in the ceremony I walked along the south bank of the Thames taking photographs. I really do enjoy taking photos of buildings in big cities and London has plenty to take. Southwark cathedral is well hidden away and dwarfed by the Shard. Must make a list of places to see and photograph in London for a proper return visit.
